I first encountered Simon from Build It Ltd back in 2012, when he was tasked with a new water cylinder cupboard fit out for the plumbing contractor, as a pre curser to a full kitchen dining room renovation to follow.
From the outset Simon impressed me greatly with his ability to quickly assess the situation sight unseen and problem solve and seek solutions.
From that point I realised Simon would be a great asset to us to project manage and undertake the top to bottom renovation work to modernise our 1950’s bungalow home at Tai Tapu in the future.
Simon and his team have under taken the challenging job of completing a total kitchen/dining room upgrade in 2014. Since then and on a near yearly basis Simon and his team have progressively undertaken various total renovation projects on the house, including a new standalone full build double garage, large format timber deck, new bathroom and laundry, hallway and lounge.
